designer spotlight: antoni gaudi

ever since i learned about the spanish architect, antonio gaudi, in design school, i've been increasingly fascinated with his architecture and overall body of work. no one else has done anything quite like it since him, and there's no denying his buildings make a statement. i hope to one day visit barcelona and see these in the flesh. here are a few of my favorites:
