[recipe] peanut butter & jelly cookies

As promised, I'd like to share with you a simple recipe that I like to think added a little something special to this year's Thanksgiving spread. I went to a party a couple weeks ago where they had catered from Street, which included Susan Feniger's peanut butter and jelly cookies. Luckily I was able to scrounge up a recipe from someone who tried to recreate them.
