...made the most delicious kale salad tonight from 101 Cookbooks. Heidi's recipes are a family favorite, and this one did not disappoint.

   This looks really good. I just put kale in our veggie juice today. I should try this with the leftovers.

   Yum, I have Heidi's book and its often used in my kitchen as well! This look so fresh and simple, have to make it soon!
