hello dream outfit

i am in love with this outfit. it has the perfect combination of youthfulness, creativity, sophistication & punch. ideal for the summer months. i'm determined to re-create it on a budget and will report back with my results. ah, that saffron yellow blouse is killing me. i'm in outfit heaven.
