can't get over this stylish (little) place inhabited by young new york designer, zach motl. just when i thought my studio was tight living quarters, this guy manages to create a chic and cozy abode in a mere 178 sq. feet!

oh wow- very impressive! i love what he did to this little space and how cozy it is. i love how that "clutter-is-bad" philosophy is proven wrong here =)
